1、The difference between dimple and without dimple of snap domes

As snap domes have dimple and without dimples two kinds, What's the diffenerce? Please see below details for advantage of dimple:

First, It’s incresed the travel;
Secondly, it’s with better click feeling when you pressed;
Third, It has the better dust-prood effect;
Last, whether it’s with better conduction, there is no data to verify.
2、Can snap domes be soldered to printed circuit board?

We aren’t recommend. When snap domes are pushed, the feet actually move outward slightly. When soldered to printed circuit board, the feet of the domes are restricted from their natural movement. This restriction can negatively affect the tactile response of the domes, and in some cases, cause irreparable damage to metal dome or break the solder joint. so we aren’t recommend to solder the snap dome on printed circuit board.
3、What is the minimum order quantity?

The minimum order quantity(MOQ), we don't have for metal dome array, one piece we also accept. but for snap domes, the MOQ is 5000pcs/bag. And if your total amount is less than USD600 each order, we will charge USD20 bank fee.
4、What are the packages of the snap domes?

We have four ways to choose: The domes can be packaged in bulk by PET bags, in cartridges, in pocketed reels, & on the polyester-adhesive sheets (metal dome array).
5、The assembling instruction of dome array

Here is the assemble instruction of dome array on the circuit board. Now, please follow the below steps:

1). The dome array is supported by the protective paper, the paper will throw away when assembling.2). Peel the transparent tape with snap domes from the protective paper by forceps or other toolings. 3). Keep the adhesive side stick to the PCB, press a little time to make the metal dome array assemble firmly.

Send us your purchase order and we will send you the proforma invoice to make the payment first; 4). After got your payment, we will arrange to manufacture; 5). Confirm the shipping addree, and send to you through your express account number. If you don't have the express account number, we will use our forwarder, but you should pay for the shipping together with the goods. 6). Waiting at your office to receive your goods.
